This set of black and white images was taken in the years 1967 to 1969 in the region of Cochabamba, Bolivia. The Quechua Indians pictured mostly lived in Rocha Rancho, a small community without electricity or running water. Mickey McGuire was a Peace Corps volunteer in those years working with the nearby communities with community development.
